i know next to nothing about OS design but i do imagine the OS will be significant in size. it records the last 15 minutes of gameplay for easy sharing. background download. console sleep mode. gaikai integration. multiple user logins. 3D camera input. ...having 4 for OS seems huuuge but not impossible.
..but that's still 4x larger (for games) and some multiple of faster than wiiU which is a really big discrepancy. and even if 4Gb is reserved now there is still room for optimization down the road like how the ps3's OS shrank in halfish if i remember right.
