One of the prettyst game sthis generation( Uncharted 3) only has 30 Frames, so whats the deal. Many people will not see a real difference between 30 frames and 60 frames.

That's just not true, I started live streaming in 60 FPS just a few months ago and in games that run higher than 30 FPS or games that maintain 60 FPS, it makes a huge difference to the visual experience, just watch this cast I saved:

It also makes a big difference when playing shooters like Planetside 2, I run that game at 80+ FPS and it gives me a huge advantage vs people with crappier PCs.

You know you advantage is not because your high FPS... it's because the low FPS (below acceptable) from others gamers... in fact if a game was programmed in the right way a 40FPS user have no advantage over 80FPS user.

But some developers insted to make the game create more images to show in the high FPS just make the game run faster... so you will have advantage.

Eg. Bad programming.

Game output in any FPS: 60 images
30FPS: 2 seconds to show all the images
60FPS 1 seconds to show all the images

So the 60FPS guy have the double speedy than the 30FPS guy.

Eg. Good programing.

Game output for 60FPS: 120 images
60FPS: 2 seconds to show all images

Game output for 30FPS: 120 images
30FPS: 2 seconds to show all images

You have better and smothly FPS/graphics but no advantage after all because the gameplay is untouched.

But some games in PC when you increase the FPS just increase the speed of the the game... so some developers like to fix the FPS instead to fix the game itself.

It's like a movie schene... you have x images to show all the schene... so if you show more images per second you have a fast schene but if you increase the number of images too then you have the same speed for the movive schene showing more images.

That just goes to show how little you know about FPS in relation to the DPI of a gaming mouse and how they are related to overall response and accuracy, just stick to consoles my man, that's where you belong after all.
