Its either they are all gimmicks or none of them are. I dont understand why people try to pick and choose what they get to call "gimmicks". Its either everything for everyone or nothing for nobody.

Agreed. People are often so quick to jump on what Nintendo is doing, e.g. gamepad too big, don't want to look down, etc, but when it comes to Sony, the same standard is not applied. The touchscreen on the gamepad has infinitely more functionality over that trackpad, but they will easier call the Gamepad a gimmick and completely ignore the PS4 controller - it's beyond reason really.
