Definitely Watch Dogs. The interactivity of everything just amazed me. Killzone was cool and had a better color pallet and action sequences than I've seen from the series before but it was nothing groundbreaking. Infamous wasn't gameplay. Destiny was a lot of concepts. Diablo 3 was just the logo. Knack looked cool but not a blockbuster. The Witness looked like an artsy puzzle solver so I'm not interested. Driver Club looked like GT (cool but just saying). Deep Down looked like a cool concept but still no gameplay.
Probably getting: Killzone, Watch Dogs, Diablo 3, Destiny, Infamous
Possibly: (haven't seen enough): Knack, Deep Down
Probably not: The Witness, Driver Club (just not into the genres)
Couple these with all the 3rd and 1st party stuff they'll show at E3 and I will have plenty to fill my plate come launch. hopefully Killzone and Infamous are available at launch. If they have Killzone available it could be their next blockbuster (5m+) since it will be the showcase and signature game of the platform. The social features and cloud based stuff looked amazing so hopefully we'll be able to use a good deal of it at launch and I'm a big fan of the new controller. Also being able to let people take control of your console, or taking control of theirs is amazing and I will probably be helping my friends out a lot when I'm not playing D3 co-op with them.
