No. Guerrilla Games has Guerrilla Cambridge on mercenary. They have another team for a new IP. This is a statement they made =>
"There's the aforementioned Vita game, a new non-Killzone title, and continuing the franchise on the PlayStation. "
SSM Stig is doing "cool stuff" according to Jaffe. I doubt they got an entire team working on TLG. Team Ico has to do something xD. SSM is large enough to help others while making their own games.
Quantic Dreams David Cage confirmed that he already knows what games he wants to do after Beyond.
As for expectations, well I did say "possibly" and not "probably". Take it with a grain of salt and see it more of a "reveal to come" in these cases :)
