Jaguar is a 64 bits architecture. Nowadays almost every X86 chip sold is 64 bits compatible, everyone but some atom models.
Do you know that X86 began as a 16 bits architecture with the Intel 8086? PS4 16 bits confirmed.

And the 8086 was a 16bit extension on the 8080 (8 bit) which itself was derived from the 8008, which arguably owes its legacy to the 4004 (1971)which was 4 bit.
