No, I agree. The FMVs just look a tad smoother in motion. But, one thing that seems to be certain with this next gen stuff, you honestly have to fine-tooth-comb the area to notice that.

So far, what's improved the most with all the 8th gen stuff we've seen right now is definitely improved lighting, things will improve, and I'm happy as a PC gamer because now devs will actually use the hardware more to their potentials since 7th gen console gaming has been dragging down graphics progression for years, I can't wait to see what the devs can do.

fine-tooth-comb for the average consumer most definitely, it still won't escape PC people's eyes haha.

I was really stoked when they announced that 8GB GDDR5 RAM.

It's good for rendering 4k res if the GPU is not the bottleneck, I don't think it can push 4k that well with the GPU inside though, it should do 1080p good justice, RAM is definitely not the bottleneck this time though unless they want to go way big. It's a good decision considering that it's most likely an APU design and that eliminates the RAM problem that most consumer level APU computing devices have for gaming. I don't think MS will have a problem on that front either since the rumor is 8GB DDR3 with eSRAM on the GPU since it's already proven that a setup akin to the 360 or WIi U aren't slouches on bandwidth basing on the same design principles. PS4's "fuck it, lets just go all out!" attitude is fine with me, at the increased cost and higher power draw but it might just be worth it, only time will tell.
