For GPU, TFLOPS is not a good comparison for gaming GPUs since TFLOPS measures compute on the shaders. Gaming stresses the Texture Units and memory bandwidth much more. And the PS3 has enough bandwidth to feed the GPU core and it will probably have the 64 texture units of the HD7850. The 360 had 16 texture units while the PS3 has 24.
