LOL any way a good resource in understanding to be in generic terms vertical connected chip wafer's
its this ability so they can "they occupy less space and/or have greater connectivity"
the PDF i showed you there shows exactly what it means to in the development, though the designs can be of course changed the basic core preference is the same though.
