thats only if your counting gflops, what about CPU, ram speed, amount of ram and type of ram, it's more like a 10x jump.

In most games the GPU will be the bottleneck, especially in next gen (and especially if devs make 1080p the standard), so I wouldn't dare to say the PS4 in general is 10 times more powerful than the Wii U.

anything could be a bottleneck if its weak, you ps4 bandwidth which 14x faster then wiiu, and then you have the cpu which is 10x more power ful then wiiu, how can those  very important factors not be counted, and i almost forgot you have 7gb for games vs 1 gb for games.
