Square Enix is too busy milking Lightning.
Never mind Kingdom Hearts 3 (or another spin off on the PS3); never mind Versus XIII (which was a big reason a lot of people bought a PS3); and never mind introducing new material with a definite time line (those demos are just SE screwing around), or finishing broken items and getting them out (FF XIV, although beta is finally starting).
Square Enix is a big joke.
