Yes and unneccessary. Although it sounds really nice and it is an enthusiast's dream, the price will be unnecessarily inflated with not that big of a jump in performance since the GPU and CPU are frankly just average. 

how do you know this, i doubt sony is stupid, they wouldn't be throwing moiney away like that unless there was a huge benefit.
