Yes and unneccessary. Although it sounds really nice and it is an enthusiast's dream, the price will be unnecessarily inflated with not that big of a jump in performance since the GPU and CPU are frankly just average. 

GPU is average? lmao, a 7970M=HD7870, so no not average at all

We don't know yet, I recommend waiting the teardown before we get any expectations.
