As well, those games are streamed. Thus, your Vita will be as useful as your internet connection is. This doesn't really make it better for people who are still on limited bandwidth (which is a lot of people in the States) and/or have lousy net connections. Seriously, all it means is that instead of streaming PS1, 2, and 3 games and your bandwidth taking a hit that way, you get to stream the PS4 ones and use it that way instead.

It'd be a pretty poor fate for a very cool little handheld system if this turned out to be what 'saved it'.

Thank you for your concern, but as a Vita owner I'm not concerned, as I already got a bunch of great games and more on the horizon, bye :) .
