Maybe you will be better off with Nintendo wii u or a PC. I am pretty sure x360 and PS3 will have the same connectivity features.
Then again, maybe there will be an option not to stay connected.
I am sure many of these features are not yet nailed in stone.
Edit: I meant x720 and ps4.
