Sometimes you don't know who owns the publishing rights in certin areas any more, some companies don't exist, and when they do there are bank who want to be paid a big flat sum so a company can have rights to the publishing. I would only expect around 10% of each console's library. A good example would be Darksiders Sony can't just put up the two titles and call it a day. The bank handling THQ's holdings would need to be paid, so I would not expect any of THQ's titles to be on the service. |
PS2 and PS2 we alredy have in PSN (not all of course)... just PS3 will be in Gaikai.
At the start we will se just some PS3 game but in the end almost all games (some not because the copyright you said or region restriction like some games in PSN not go to Europe) will be into the service.
And I expect PC games too.
