You really shouldn't mess with components if you don't know what you are doing. But for a start:
PC shuts down: OVERHEATING (or any of the other 99 problems)
PC reboots: Vcore problem (or any of the other 99 problems)
You probably still have the default fan on your processor. These cheapo-fans are not very good at dissipating additional heat when overclocking.
