So I decided to OC for the first time on my i7 920 @ 2.67 GHz. Tho after 10-20 mins the computer randomly restarts. I heard that usually this means the CPU Vcore isn't getting enough voltage. So I upped the voltage again and same result. It shouldn't need this much voltage to work....
This is what I changed bios and changed the following.
CPU Frequency: 2.67 GHz -> 3.00 GHz
QPI Clock Ratio: Auto -> x36
Base Clock: 133 -> 150
Uncore Clock Ratio: Auto -> 16
System Memory Mult: Auto -> 8
CPU Vcore: 1.25V -> 1.2875V->1.325V
QPI/Vtt: 1.2V -> 1.34V
DRAM: 1.5V -> 1.64V
Anything look wrong?
