MGS takes a lot of money/time to develope. Imagine if MGS4 came out on the Xbox360, Konami could've doubled the money they made from MGS4, but the 360 used DVD's instead of Blu ray and that's what stopped Konami from porting it on the Xbox.
There is no chance for The Phantom Pian being a Sony exclusive!
