I drink natural homemade juice multiples times every day. I drink a lot of water and whenever I'm thirsty, that's the first choice hands down.

That said, if I'm at a restaurant on Saturday, and there is no juice on the menu, I'm not giving up soda in favor of water. I just don't feel it is the right complement.

Soda is really bad on excess, but once a week it's normal and won't kill me.
