No thanks. I'll just continue to regulate my overall sugar and calorie intake and keep enjoying the stuff that makes life worth living in a responsible manner. I drink mostly water, but I do have a can of cola when I have a burger or pizza. BTW, I make my own burger patties with 50/50 lean beef and zucchini and make my own low fat pizza from scratch at full size and only 150 calories a slice.

I don't need Sugar Nazi nutritionists to tell me sugar is bad. I know too much sugar is bad so I don't consume too much sugar. It's common sense. Anyone who drinks more than a few cans of soda a week should know better.


Best approach there is. Limit soda to some special meals (it will taste even better then) and actually cook yourself. It WILL taste better and it WILL be healthier, even if the industrial variant is labeled junkfood your homecooked version probably won't be.
