I see you still have high hopes for GPU ;)
In reality, even if it's 400SP part (which is higly unlikely at this point), it's at best some 60% faster. If it's 320SP part , we're talking about some 30-40%.
BTW, not sure where you get that WiiU's CPU is faster than Xenon - at 1.25GHz, it should pull around 8600MIPS, Xenon pulls 19200. This is not of course 1 to 1 comparsion, but it gives some insight of what those CPUs can pull in theory. Now, I know that the current trend is to downplay IOE CPUs, but in all honesty, that's not so black and white (just look at Intel's Itanium vs x86). Properly used, Xenon should still be quite faster than Wii's CPU. Of course, WiiU will offload audio to it's DSP, unlike 360, so there's that, but that's another topic....
