Well, to be fair, a more apt example would be 360 and ps3 getting motion controls.
Unfortunately, psabr is no brawl...but nintendo's best smash was melee, imo.
If psabr was as good of a game as brawl, then your example would work, but it's honestly about half the game the other is. Ring-outs are just such an important part of the game.
PSABR is still a really good game, but I'm hoping they make a sequel for ps4 and fix the mistakes.
