What will Vita's Japan Baseline be After the Price Drop settles in?

I My self think its still going to be quite slow until after 2013 until the PSVita get's even another Price cut on the hardware And the Memory cards. the sales will remain on the low end even all of 2013 and not until after the 2nd price cut will the PSVita will really do better sale through number's.
