If you are ever afraid, ask yourself why. The thing is, we control our emotions and even though you can't turn it off completely I believe that our mind is the biggest obstacle. Fear is nothing more than an obstacle that our minds have to overcome.
Now even though I say this it is easier said than done. But Honest question. What are you afraid of and why?
