I've agreed with mostly everything Borkachev has said so far but I saw FFVI as a pretty serious title with some really dark theme, it wasn't really wacky and the whole deal with Celes was pretty depressing.
Kefka was borderline wacky...but that is why I like him. I prefer the term psycho over wacky though.
