Well, it sounds like it will have GameCube quality graphics or better, but definitely less then Wii.

 

Both 3DS & Vita surpass Wii even.

umm, no the VER OF THE tegra 3 They use in the OUYA is Quite above the Nintendo Wii in performance, Sorry  while the Wii IS A GREAT SYSTEM, IT IS NOT MORE ROBUST IN IT'S Hardware than the OUYA.

The OUYA use's the TEGRA 3 T33 chipset.
