Calculated - BlueFalcon did it already in his post, but here it is again (PS4 GPU is rumoured as 1152:72:32 part):
32ROPs x 800MHz = 25.6GP/s
72TMUs x 800MHz = 57.6GT/s
As for memory clock, it's calculated from rumoured bandwith, assuming 256 bit bus. AMD has plenty of high end cards running memory at that exact clock, so it's my educated guess they used 256bit bus.
