I tried "switching sides" early this gen and it pretty much backfired on me with 2 burnt 360s and everything on the 360 that interested me going multiplatform or utter shit -Lost Planet was the reason for the switch and we all know how that game turned out-.
At this time I'm not tempted to get a Wii U because I'm from Romania and the only Mario that's valid for most of us here is the Super Mario Bros. NES one. Not a fan of Zelda or Metroid, and Pikmin is completely alien to me. And aside from Nintendo's usual franchises, I'm yet not seeing anything to grab my interest coming for this platform.
So no, I think I'll stick with Sony into next gen as well, adopting the next PS early on or later on, depending on the library and pricing. If I've seen anything this gen from Sony that's encouraged me to stay on this side of the fence it's the courage of launching and sustaining new franchises. Some games may be shit -Lair-, some may be just mediocre -Folklore-, but there are enough new IPs coming from them to warrant some trust for next gen.
I'll try to get all of the consoles at one point, if there's exclusive content to warrant the purchase. But otherwise...
