this is what investors are scared of, apple's margins are shrinking, they are feeling the heat of the competition getting stronger. Apple's products are overpriced, other companies can move in and charge a lot less for the same thing forcing apple to lower prices. Apple has done a good job staying ahead of the competitors up until now, but the juicy profits that apple gets are a huge incentive for other companies to compete with apple.
