I sort of don't understand why should casual gamer feel betrayed?

think about it casual gaming tied to the Wii mote was heavily pushed  .I saw heaps of adds with dad coming home from work and playing wii with the kids so nintendo new the demographic that where buying the Wii ,now the Wiiu is out and we have another interface and they've dropped the Wii's support like a hot rock  the hardcore will move on but there will be a lot of Wii's put into the closet next to the exercise machines.
