Will the Nintendo faithful still hate Ubisoft? We're going to need a spreadsheet to track who is and is not on the hate list.

I never hated Ubisoft, so I not count as Nintendo-faithful? I thought after all the advertisement they already made for Rayman Legends it was a stupid decision to delay that long. But I didn't hate Ubisoft, even with the delay they are one of the best 3rd-party-supporters of the WiiU. I don't think the demo they have now will have any effect as advertisement in september. And even I as a hater of platformers found the demo pretty good and I considered to buy the game. Until September I have it most probably already forgotten.

I did read calls for boycotts and a lot of anti-Ubisoft anger, though, so at least some added Ubi to their version of Mr. Khan's list.  You're right, however, in that Ubisoft is one of the biggest third-party supporters of Nintendo around, so it doesn't make any sense to be more than miffed at them.
