Yeah you should hate them. I do too. It's a waste of time and useless. All companies take and improve ideas from one another. I would acknowledge ninty if this looked anything like theirs...it doesn't. Being paranoid is bad for your mental health you know

Now I get what you're saying...ok, from the reflection of that initial pic, made me think the PS4 controller had a touchscreen. The new pic does make it look like a trackpad.  But honestly, that's worse IMO, I was HOPING the PS4 had a touchscreen, for things like play calling in Madden games, where it would also help unified development so there are no excuses about things being left out in different platforms, not making a Wii U version, etc.
