Has anyone had this advert and it just wont go away. Makes the site unusable?

Honestly when this comes up i dont know how to get rid of it. When it happens i refresh lots of times but it just does not go away.

 

Anyone know how to get this advert off? Sometimes i cant come onto this site for hours on end because it just wont budge.

 

The piece of stinck mout, stuck up a unu crap.

It is that piece of crap black bar thing in the picture below. If anyone knows how to get rid of it please divulge . (make it known)
