Fire Emblem Awakening is amazing. Most fun I have had in a while. The usual suspects are all really good, too, like MK7, Mario 3D Land, NSMB 2, Ocarina of Time 3D, etc.
If I'm ranking my fav 3DS games in order it looks like this:
Fire Emblem Awakening
Mario Kart 7
Super Mario 3D Land
NSMB 2
Zelda: OoT
Resident Evil Revelations
You really can't go wrong with any of them, and I'm sure Starfox is great too. I loved the original on N64.
You have a lot of options at this point. You need unlimited money so you can buy them all!
