That sounds good.. That could mean we have a lot of potential from independent developers to create the games they want to make instead of having to directly compete with triple A titles and publishers.
That also means a lot of people who aren't qualified could end up making shite games, and we fall into the trap of paying for those games, resulting in damage to the gaming market.
Who knows.
