Since humanity in this lore is facing extinction.....all women, and I mean all women that are able to give birth, are in "baby factories", where they are constantly pregnant and become pregnant again after giving birth. No not totally truth.  you are talking about the comics.  Enough of Jacinto were not in those factories for example.
