Like dyremose above, I grew up as a CofE and that is what I knew because I was a kid so didn't question it. Later in life I didn't question it however, I just grew without it affecting me because of this and my education I came to the understanding that religion holds no great basis on my life and so while I never stopped believing, I never really believed either. I however do not regret my upbringing, it taught me moral guidance and without it I might not be the person I am today with the same moral standings.

Although more recently, I'd say I'd swing more to not believing at all in a higher being due to the suffering of a loved ones. I could not see a reason why he'd allow 2 people so special to suffer so much. This even caused by best friend who is LDS to question his faith, I never once questioned his faith as it was his right to believe it and not for me to question it but 'God' did that to him. Oddly I reassured him though, not of his faith but of his character.

Hmm, pie.
