not likely. Davd Cage has said he would sale if Sony wanted to buy Quantic Dreams.

yea Beyond 2 Souls success won't matter, cause Sony veiws QD as they veiw team ICO. otherwise, they wouldn't have taken the risk on Heavy Rain.

Beyond 2 Souls will do about 1m and have legs.

I am not saying it won't have legs.  I know it will have them.  What i am saying is if Beyond Two Souls is a success than Sony won't have second thoughts about buying them.  What if (a scenario) Beyond Two Souls fails? Sony will have second thoughts about buying them because they would be worried for their next game.  It took Media Molecule 2 games (LBP 1 & LBP 2) which were successful and Sony bought them.  I am thinking Sony is doing the same with Quantic Dream. Heavy Rain was successful (so that is 1 game).  Beyond Two Souls succeeds (that will be 2 games)  Than Sony goes on with it and buys Quantic Dream like Media Molecule.  Sony took the risk because they saw potential and it paid off and again they see potential for Beyond Two Souls and if it succeeds(which i know it will) Sony will see tons more potential so they would buy the studio to make sure they keep making exclusives to the PlayStation.

 

Why haven't Sony bought them now?  i think they are doing a wait and see to make sure it is worth it.  I know Beyond Two Souls will succeed though.

i say it will sell 500k-1.5m in its first two months
