They generally correct every single issue related to this kind of thing. Happened to someone else on this site earlier. Still working on the kinks in the new store I guess.

EDIT: so you could get your money back and still keep the game, it's possible.

I read about people calling and getting a "may" get a refund though. That's ridiculous. Seems simple enough. Check the time frame that the games were being downloaded at precisely the time when the glitch occured and give PSN credit to refund us all back so Sony doesn't have to pay out of pocket.
