I wouldn't care if North Korea wasn't such a hostile nation with such poor leadership. Honestly, I don't understand why the country is absolutely hell bent on nuclear weapons.
The UN sanctions they have endured have essentially destroyed the life of its already impoverished civilians. A real leader would show more care for his people.
Pakistans acquisition of nuclear weapons wasn't nearly as controversial because they are a more stable nation. Not as stable as one would hope for somebody with nuclear weapons, but stable enough.
