Why is it irrelevant when it was established by pretty much everyone, and used to this day by millions of people? This PSX you speak of was released in what, one region? Nobody knows or cares about it, yet millions of people still know the original PlayStation as the PSX. If Sony decided to name this thing the PSX as well, that's their problem. And by the way, what kind of morons would name it the PSX, after their first system was already known as the PSX by countless people?
