Well, my brother and I made up this one Japanese developer named Shamo Shan and he creates stupid game ideas that the development team loves. Like for example he would recommend taking all the Nintendo characters out of Super Smash Bros. and the development team would chant "SHAMO SHAMO SHAMO!" just loving his stupid ideas. I guess we weren't all that crazy now that I've heard of this guy... well we're sort of crazy.
