LO will take longer for a single play through, but there is much less reason to replay it than ME.
Something I've noticed about LO that irritates me is the dialogue pacing. The voice acting is fine, but there is always too long a pause inbetween characters, even when someone is supposedly being interrupted.
Anyway, yea LO is a great game and should last you around 40-45 hours ppt.
