Nah. There are plenty of hot chicks in Germany. And Sweden is not the wonderland you make it out to be. I was there a few times. Girls are either smoking hot or ugly as sin in Sweden. Almost no inbetween.
To OP:
I would give a few countries a testride. Its hard to determin if a country is indeed better or if it just appears to be better, without living there.
Tropical Islands like Hawaii or Caribean would be interesting to live in also mainland USA/Japan/Australia would be on my list of countries to check out. From the countries I actually now they are great it would be nice to live in Switzerland but its right around the corner so it wouldn't be much of a change, more like moving to another town.
