btw i would like to mention since u mentioned u pay 75$ bucks on your cellphone service that i pay just 6 bucks a month for practically unlimited calls and i get 3G with that too. it doesnt include the phone though i bought it by my self. but still 6 bucks a MONTH !

Oh so you guys dont have subcription plans like we do in the U.S.? Yeah we dont really buy unlocked phones here very often. We paqy through our plans. It'll pay for the hardware, data, minutes, etc.
And wtf, only $6? It use to be cheaper hre until it became a requirement to have data on your plan from AT&T. I dont know about verizon, they may do it a little different.

well there are, but they are no where near the standard. see because a lot of people here dont have the money to pay cellphone plans for thereselfs, wifes and kids cellphone data and covarage is really cheap here, its actually the only thing that extremely cheap here lol. the usual is, you buy a phone unlocked then you use what ever carrier you want, its actually better this way because u can get what ever phone you want, not what the carrier provides you.
the most commen system resembles PSN cards/psn you buy a card whether its 1, 3, 5,9, 12 ect ect and put it in your account. then those credit you use to make phone calls, each minute costing a certain amount depending on your offer and carrier, like for example 3 cents or whatever. my offer is somewhat a hybrid, it was made to make pretty much every college student subscribe to it, it was offered to people between 18 to 23, i buy 6 bucks of credit they take it from me then give me shit loads of minutes (i never even finished them lol) and 3G with a 1GB download limit (good enough for me) so yeah, my offer is pretty much the cheapest here. and its awesome lol
