Probably just delayed so they can release it on 360 and WiiU at the same time, that way they don't lose any potential sales by making the PS3 version a timed exclusive.

PS3 will be the only console with a demo though.

No like, Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2 are made by Platinum which is a third party developer. Meanwhile The Last of Us is made by Naughty Dog which is a first party developer for Sony. :p

Actually if you really think about it, Naughty Dawg is more like a 1.385th developer, so technically they can port their games to any console with a W,X, or any numbers in it's name. Thats from the official Naughty Dawg-Sony contract agreement that was signed in my presence seeing as how I work for Sonaughty Dawg.
