Christianity is the worlds largest religion....so no it aint going away within our lifetimes.
But it sounds (unintentionally) that your talking about a reverse-crusades, where you said "That there will not be any churches left to attend, and nobody to share their faith with". Thats only gonna happen if we are forced to not practice our faith and churches are burnt to the ground.
