They do a terrible job with their A level games but luckily they are so good that a little marketing with Word of mouth gets them sales. Sony sets up a self fulfilling prophecy by looking at these games and realizing they are not A level so they assume they won't sale. So they decide not to waste time and market them, then when they don't sale they prove their point. Not to mention how 0 marketing is put towards their C level games that could still sell with better marketing like LBPK but receive no support and are sent to die. I just don't get why they green light all these projects if they are not going to support them all the way through. |
