If the logic of Nintendo using its 1st parties to establish the market for 3rd parties is true, then Nintendo is screwed because 3rd parties don't want to compete directly against them.
So Nintendo just needs to make sub par games that are good enough to establish a market, but bad enought that 3rd parties want to try to compete with them. lol
